Join the Grinnell ALLiance for a transformative two-day Dialogue Across Differences Community Gathering experience. Come together with members of the Grinnell Community to meet new people, build relationships, deepen understanding, and consider what it means to be a member of the Grinnell community. Whether you’re a lifelong resident or new to Grinnell, a student, an employee or a resident, this gathering is for anyone who cares deeply about making our community stronger, more connected, and better for everyone. We value a variety of perspectives, and we want your voice in the room.

The gathering, which will be facilitated by Posse Consulting, recognized nationally for leadership development and building community, runs from 9 am – 4 pm on Saturday, March 29 and 1 – 4 pm on Sunday, March 30. It will include activities that range from thought-provoking discussions to creative group exercises. You’ll have the chance to explore your own perspectives, hear others’ stories, and work together to create a stronger, more connected community.

You are invited to attend at no cost, but space is limited, so please register by
